Here's the tube assembly. the low pressure return line from the rack runs to the power steering cooler (which is just a single loop of metal tube) and then back to the reservoir. this line is at zero pressure so you may be able to fabricate a new piece of hard line by bending up some brake line or fuel line and flaring the ends. Luckily, toyota was kind enough to leave the mounting holes on all 2001 2007 models. before you bolt it up, make sure to attach your new power steering hoses to the cooler first, as i learned this the hard way. there is hardly any clearance in there to apply pressure to attach the hoses. i used 3 feet of 3 8” gates (pn: 361970) p s hose that.
