Toyota Camry Blend Door Actuator Location I suppose the mode actuator could have failed where only ambient air is discharged. you should be able to watch the mode actuator move. it is located above the inlet outlet coolant from engine. my 04 oem shop manual calls for removing entire heater housing to change out those servos. i doubt dealer techs do that. The swap is as simple as removing the bolts and replacing the actuator. the toyota camry blend door actuator is located in the back of the engine near the a c radiator. i have a 2012 toyota camry 2.4l and was told the temperature control blend door was on the driver's side. i took apart everything i was told, at least i thought i did.

Camry. 2009. the blend door actuator on the 2009 toyota camry is located behind the glove box compartment. if you remove it (justsort of snaps out) you should be able to see the arm their to the left. before you really get into it, though, make sure you check the fuse; while the actuator is prone to failure, a fuse is much easier to swap out. 10 posts · joined 2017. #1 · sep 28, 2017 (edited) i'm trying to find the location for the a c heat blend door on my 2008 camry. when i first start up my car ,the rear defrost button blinks about 12 times then the fan will kick on.my a c and fan work fine. when i try to change it to heat , the air will blow but will come out barely warm.
